The advantage to early submission is that good positions often are filled before many potential candidates are even aware that they exist. This is usually because firms such as SSCM5 have proprietary methods to quickly identify candidates and put them in touch with the employers. Positions that are advertised in journals and papers are often the ones that are hard to fill for a variety of reasons.
